There’s this idea that when a woman is fully in her body—moving, feeling, expressing herself—it must be for someone else. That it’s sexual. That it’s an invitation. That it means something negative about her.

I don’t believe that anymore.

Learning to feel safe in my own body, to move in ways that feel good, to connect with my sensuality… that wasn’t about becoming something for others to consume. It was about coming home to myself.

Sensuality is not the same as being sexualized. And existing in my body is not permission for anyone else to project onto me.

This is something so many of us were conditioned to believe— that our bodies are inherently “too much,” or “asking for attention,” or “meant for others.”

Unlearning that has been freeing. There was a time it didn’t feel safe to be in my body as a woman. To feel sensual. To feel sexy. To feel fully expressed.

But this is a reclamation. This body is mine. This is my temple.

I choose how I move her.
I choose how I feel into her.
I choose to be seen—on my terms.

This is not for anyone's approval or validation. This is my liberation. This is my freedom to express. This is for me—and for the women this might give permission to begin unlearning that same conditioning. To remember that feminine power within.

If this opens something in you—curiosity, discomfort, connection, permission—that’s beautiful too. That’s where the unlearning begins.

Movement changed my life.

After I became sober, I discovered dance fitness.

I wasn’t someone who grew up as a dancer, but something about moving my body to music unlocked something inside of me.

Movement helped me process emotions that words couldn’t reach.

The word Friday comes from the Old English *Frīgedæg*, meaning “day of Frigg,” a powerful Norse goddess connected to wisdom, motherhood, and protection. Some traditions also associate the day with Freyja, a goddess of love, fertility, beauty, and feminine magic.

In the Roman world, Friday was connected to Venus, the goddess of love and beauty. Many languages still reflect this today: Vendredi in French, Viernes in Spanish, and Venerdì in Italian all mean “day of Venus.”

Because of these goddess connections, Friday has long been associated with feminine energy, love, creativity, fertility, and the rhythms of nature.

The number 13 also holds a deep connection to natural cycles. There are approximately 13 lunar cycles in a year, and for centuries the number has been linked to the moon and the cycles of women’s bodies.

Yet somewhere along the way, Friday the 13th became something to fear.

Over time, as dominant religious systems spread and older earth-honoring traditions were pushed aside, many symbols connected to feminine power and nature were reframed as something negative or unlucky.

But when we look a little deeper, this day can be seen very differently.

Instead of bad luck, Friday the 13th can be a reminder of the wisdom of the earth, the cycles of the moon, and the feminine energy that has always existed within nature and within us.

Today I choose to see it as a day that honors the divine feminine, the rhythms of the earth, and the connection we all share with the natural world.

I created these bundles because two of the things I’m most passionate about naturally belong together: self-love work and photography.

For years I’ve been sharing practices that help women reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their worth. I’m also a photographer who loves capturing the beauty and emotion I see in people.

At some point I realized something deeper — both of these things are really about the same thing.

Holding space.

Whether it’s during a coaching call or during a photoshoot, I’m creating a safe space where someone can show up exactly as they are, feel supported, and be witnessed in that.

This work was born from that remembering—that we don’t need fixing, we need permission. Permission to be whole, to be seen, to take up space exactly as we are, and to love ourselves without conditions. ✨

This photoshoot was a moment that brought it all full circle. When my friend flipped the camera around to show me a shot, I got emotional. Because for the first time, I looked at a photo of myself and didn’t go searching for what needed to be fixed. I just saw the beauty that was me. My body, exactly as it was. And I felt it—really felt it—that all the work I’ve done had led me here.

That moment reminded me why I do this.
The inspiration behind these bundles and the way my work is evolving comes from living it. From doing the healing work myself. And now, I want to offer that same experience to other women—to help them see their power, to look at themselves with love, and to feel fully alive in their own skin.

Because I believe when women feel safe in their bodies and connected to who they are, the whole world gets better.

I started this work because of how much it helped me. The coaching, the space-holding, the mirror work… learning to see myself as art changed my life. It changed how I show up in the world—for my loved ones, and for myself.

This photoshoot was a moment that brought it all full circle. When my friend flipped the camera around to show me a shot, I got emotional. Because for the first time, I looked at a photo of myself and didn’t go searching for what needed to be fixed. I just saw the beauty that was me. My body, exactly as it was. And I felt it—really felt it—that all the work I’ve done had led me here.

That moment reminded me why I do this.
The inspiration behind these bundles and the way my work is evolving comes from living it. From doing the healing work myself. And now, I want to offer that same experience to other women—to help them see their power, to look at themselves with love, and to feel fully alive in their own skin.

Because I believe when women feel safe in their bodies and connected to who they are, the whole world gets better.

Who I am is best experienced rather than explained, but here’s a glimpse: I’m a small-town girl with a big heart. I grew up feeling like I was too much—too emotional, too sensitive, too intense. The world didn’t know what to do with someone like me, so I learned to shrink. I hid my softness, quieted my depth, and tried to be more palatable.

But deep down, I always knew I was meant for something more—something honest, soulful, and real.

It’s taken years of unlearning, healing, and coming home to myself to realize: My tenderness is not a weakness—it’s my superpower. My ability to feel deeply, to hold space, to see people—that’s the magic.

And now, I help other women reclaim theirs.

The Awakened Goddess was born from my own healing—a reclamation of all the parts I once tried to hide. This is a space where women feel seen, safe, celebrated, and connected to their truth.

Through self-love coaching, soulful movement, and empowering photography, I guide women back home to themselves.
